We will be learning about jam methods - freezer jam, pectin added jams, traditional jams, jellies, and marmalade. Understand the advantages of each process. Learn about canning safely. July 15th from 6:30 until 8pm. $60. It includes a comprehensive notebook including recipes and process to take home, participation in the canning process, as well as a jar of Jam.
