Learn about quick pickling, canning, and fermenting. We will be doing a “Horizontal” pickle tasting, just like a wine tasting! You will sample the same variety of cucumber, pickled in a variety of ways. We will discuss the methods, and pros and cons of each style. You will make your own jar of quick pickles, custom flavoured to your palate to take home with you!
