Fermentation
We specialize in fermented foods and you can find them in almost everything we make! Our daily buns and weekend bread are sourdough, we create housemade kombucha, our own fermented yogurt, kimchi, pickles, sauerkraut, and more!
Everything is homemade
From our coffee syrups, to our freshly baked breads, to all our sandwich toppings. We make everything fresh and from scratch. Our flavours are rich, from our famous house made sweet chili sauce, to occasionally making our own Dr. Pepper!
